Hey there, let me tell you, my eyes ain’t what they used to be, but I sure do know a thing or two about them newfangled PlayStation things. My grandkids, they’re always glued to that screen. They got this new game, somethin’ about volleyball. Now, I like a good game of volleyball. But this, I don’t know.
This PlayStation volleyball game, it’s all about hittin’ that ball over the net. Just like real volleyball, you know? But on the TV. They got all these players jumpin’ and divin’. It looks real, I guess. They holler and yell, just like real players. Sometimes, I gotta tell them to keep it down. They get so excited.
They got this big sale now, somethin’ called a Holiday Sale. More games than you can shake a stick at. PS5 and PS4, they call ’em. My grandson, he says the PS5 is the new one. Fancy. He wants one real bad. They say over 6,200 deals on them games. It is a lot.

My grandkid said something about “bugs.” Like them little critters that crawl around. He said this volleyball game got bugs. He said something about “glitches” too. I told him to spray them, if you know what I mean. These words they use. Hard to keep up. But it is not good.
You wanna get these PlayStation games, they say go to Best Buy. That’s a store, you know? They got all sorts of things there. TVs, phones, all them electronic things. They say Best Buy got low prices. Good for gift, you know. That is what they say. But that’s what they always say, ain’t it? Low prices, big sales, always somethin’.
They got this other thing, this PlayStation Portal thing. And somethin’ called PS VR2. Looks like you put it on your head. My grandkids, they say it’s like you’re in the game. I don’t know about all that. Sounds like a headache to me. But the young folks, they love it. I don’t know what all them things mean. They got somethin’ for your ears, too. Audio, they call it.
They say you can order these things, these PlayStation things, online. I don’t know about all that either. I don’t know how that works. They say it’s easy. Just click a few buttons. But I like to see things before I buy ’em. Touch ’em, you know? They got free shipping.
Now, you gotta get these games from somewhere. And there is something called Amazon. They sell everything under the sun, they do. They say they got deals, low prices, all that. They got lots of people going there. Millions. That’s a lot of folks buyin’ stuff.
This PlayStation volleyball game, they make it sound so fun. But it is not good, my grandkid said. You hit the ball, you score a point. Just like real volleyball. You play against other people, I guess. Over the internet. That’s what they call it. The internet. It’s all connected, you see. People playin’ together from all over. It’s somethin’, ain’t it?

This volleyball game, though, it sounds like it ain’t all that great. Maybe they’ll fix them bugs. Or maybe they’ll just get a new game. They always want something new. That’s how it is, I guess.
