So, I’ve been trying to get back in shape, and I decided to give this pre-workout stuff a shot. I went with C4 Sport because, well, it was there at the store, and the label looked kinda cool. I’m not gonna lie.
First thing I did was read the instructions, which, you know, is important. It said to mix one scoop with water about 20-30 minutes before working out. Seemed simple enough.
I grabbed my shaker bottle, filled it with some water, and then carefully scooped out the powder. It was this bright blue color, which was kinda fun. I screwed the lid on tight – don’t want that stuff exploding everywhere – and gave it a good shake. It mixed pretty well, no big clumps or anything.
The Taste Test
Okay, so the taste… it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t exactly delicious either. It was kinda like a super sweet, slightly artificial blue raspberry flavor. I chugged it down anyway, because, hey, gains, right?
The Workout
About 20 minutes later, I started my workout. I usually do some cardio and then lift some weights. Nothing crazy, just trying to get stronger and feel better, you know?
- I did feel a little more… awake. Like I had a bit more energy to push through the workout.
- I didn’t get that crazy jittery feeling that some people talk about with pre-workouts, which was good.
- I did sweat a bit more than usual, but that could just be me.
- My muscles did feel a bit, pumped.
The Aftermath
After the workout, I felt pretty good. No crash or anything like that. I just felt like I had a decent workout, and I was ready to go about my day.
Overall, I’d say C4 Sport did what it was supposed to do. It gave me a little boost of energy without making me feel weird. I’m not sure if it’s a miracle worker, but it definitely helped me get through my workout. I’ll probably keep using it for a while and see how it goes. Maybe I’ll even try a different flavor next time!
