Hey there, folks! Let me tell you about this thing called squeeze sport. I heard about it the other day, and it got me thinking. It ain’t about squeezing oranges, no sir! It’s about squeezing your own body, kind of like a workout.
So, this squeeze sport, it’s for when you’re stuck inside, like when it’s raining cats and dogs. Or maybe you’re just too busy to go out for a walk. That’s when you can do these squeezes. They say it’s good for you, keeps you moving and all that.
They got all kinds of these squeezes. One of them, they call it the “Shanghai Squeeze.” Sounds fancy, don’t it? But it’s probably just some new-fangled way to move your body. They say it helps your muscles, makes them stronger.

Squeeze Sport is Good for Every Age:

It does not matter how old you is, I tell ya, this squeeze sport is for everyone. Young or old, it doesn’t matter. They say you can start anytime, any age. Imagine that! An old bird like me, still able to do these squeezes.
Now, how do you do these squeeze sport things? Well, one way I heard is you lie down on the floor, on one of them soft mats, like a yoga mat. Then you put a big ball, a “Swiss ball” they call it, between your knees. Feet flat on the floor, knees up.
And then what? You squeeze that ball with your knees! Hard as you can, I reckon. It’s like trying to squish a watermelon, but with your knees! Don’t hurt yourself though.
They got another one, called “scapular squeezes.” Now, that’s a mouthful! But it’s just about squeezing your shoulder blades together. Like you’re trying to crack a nut back there! They say it makes the muscles between your shoulders strong.

Exercise for 20-30 minutes

You know, they always say you gotta move your body. Walk, run, something. Like 20-30 minutes a day, a few times a week. Just keep that body moving!

You can talk while doing it

And you know you’re doing it right if you can still talk. If you’re huffing and puffing so hard you can’t say a word, maybe you’re pushing it too hard.
Some folks use weights. Start light, they say, and then use heavier ones. Just like lifting sacks of potatoes. Start with a small sack, then go bigger when you’re ready.
They got these things called dumbbells, 5 to 20 pounds. That’s like 2 to 9 of them kilo things. That’s a measurement, don’t ask me. Anyway, that’s what the young folks use.
Best thing is simple!
This squeeze sport, it’s just about moving. Even if it’s just walking around your house, or doing silly things with your family. Just keep moving! Be creative, they say.
You don’t need nothing fancy. You can use your own body weight. Or those stretchy bands, or them dumbbells. What matters is you keep that body moving! Especially if you wanna be strong in that squeeze sport.
I heard some fella on the YouTube, talking about “swinging properly.” And how to squeeze 90kg! 90kg is big. That’s like… a whole lot of potatoes!
So, this squeeze sport, it ain’t rocket science. It’s just about moving your body, squeezing your muscles, and staying active. Even an old gal like me can do it. And if I can do it, you can do it too!
You don’t need to go outside if you can’t. If you are lazy, just stay inside. But still, you should move.
