Okay, so today I decided to dive into this “marcelo sports” thing. I’d heard the name tossed around, figured it was some kind of fitness program or maybe a sports training regimen. First, I just did a simple search to get a feel for what it was all about.

It seemed a little bit confusing at first. There were different things popping up, so I had to kind of sift through to figure out the main focus. I spent a good chunk of time, I would guess maybe an hour, just reading and watching some videos on the first few pages to get a basic overview.
After I got a better idea of what it was all about, I looked around for some actual routines. I found a few that were kind of basic, just bodyweight stuff, nothing too crazy. I’m not about to jump into anything hardcore right away!
- Tried out some of the exercises.
- Started slow, just to get the form right.
- Did maybe 30 minutes of actual workout time.
My First Workout
I figured I’d start with some basic workouts. I started to do some of the bodyweight exercises they showed. Squats, push-ups, some core work… nothing too fancy. Honestly, my form probably wasn’t perfect, but I was just trying to get a feel for the movements.
I didn’t push myself too hard. I mean, it was the first day! I probably did about 30 minutes of actual exercise, with plenty of breaks in between. I wasn’t trying to kill myself, just get the blood flowing and see what the workout was like.
So, that’s day one! Gonna keep at it, maybe try some more of these workouts, and see where it goes. It was a decent start, I’m feeling it a little bit, but in a good way. I’ll report back as I check it out more.
