Okay, so today I decided to get a little active and organized some volleyball games for PE class. It was pretty fun, and I thought I’d share how it went.

Getting Started
First, I gathered all the students. We had a mix of skill levels, some who played before and some who were total newbies. I split them into teams, trying to make it as fair as possible. I didn’t want any team to be totally stacked.
Setting Up
Next, we needed to set up the net. This was a bit of a struggle, to be honest. The net poles were kinda old and wobbly, but we managed to get them up. We made sure the net was at the right height – not too high, not too low.
The Games Begin!
- We started with a quick warm-up, just some basic passing and setting drills.
- Then, the games began! It was a little chaotic at first, with lots of missed serves and fumbled hits.
- But, everyone started to get the hang of it.
The Action
The games got a little more competitive that I thought. I try to make everyone be competitive with each other.
There were some surprisingly good spikes and some pretty impressive saves. Even the beginners were getting into it, diving for balls and cheering each other on. We rotated players regularly so everyone got a chance to play in different positions.
Wrapping Up
After a few rounds, everyone was pretty tired, but in a good way. We ended with a quick cool-down and some stretching. I made sure to emphasize teamwork and good sportsmanship throughout the session.

Finally, We all worked together to lower the net and put all of the equipment away safely.
Overall, it was a successful PE session. Everyone got some exercise, learned a bit about volleyball, and most importantly, had fun. Might do this again next week!
