Okay, here is my sharing about the volleyball game drawing:
So I got this idea to draw a volleyball game, seemed pretty straightforward at first. I grabbed my sketchbook, a couple of pencils, and just started sketching. First off, I drew a big circle for the volleyball, you know, just to get the main thing down.
Then, I started adding some players. I thought, “Hey, let’s make it look like a real game.” So I drew some stick figures around the ball, trying to make them look like they were jumping and hitting the ball. Honestly, it looked pretty messy at this point, but I kept going.
After that, I tried to add some details, like the net and the court lines. I used a ruler to make sure the lines were straight and all. It was a bit tricky to get the perspective right, but I think I managed it somehow. I also shaded the ball a bit to make it look more, you know, round and stuff.
- Outlined the figures: I started with some simple shapes, then added details.
- Added the net: I made it look like it was in the middle, with players on each side.
- Drew the court: It was just a big rectangle with some lines inside, not too complicated.
- Shaded some areas: I tried to make it look like there was light and shadow, but I’m not sure I did a great job.
The Final Touches
At the end, I looked at my drawing and thought, “Okay, it’s not perfect, but it’s something.” I added some more shading here and there, tried to fix some of the stick figures’ proportions, and called it a day. I guess the key is to just keep practicing and not to be afraid of making mistakes. And if you want to try drawing a volleyball game, just start with simple shapes and go from there. It’s a good exercise.
