Okay, so I’ve been trying to get more serious about my workouts lately, and I kept hearing about “amino sport” supplements. I figured it was time to give them a shot and see what all the fuss was about. So, here’s how it went down, from start to finish.

The Research Phase (aka Googling Like Crazy)
First, I hit up the internet. I mean, who doesn’t? I typed in “amino sport” and started reading. I checked out a few different brands, looked at reviews, and tried to figure out what ingredients were actually important. To be honest, it was a bit overwhelming at first, with all the different formulas and claims.
Making a Choice (aka Picking One and Hoping for the Best)
