Okay, so, I got really into this whole Super Bowl 58 logo thing. Let me tell you, it was a journey, a real deep dive into the design.

First off, I started digging around the internet to see what this logo was all about. I found out that it was officially shown to the world on February 13, 2023. It’s kind of a tradition now, they’ve got this template they started using from Super Bowl LVI, where they put in stuff that represents the city where the game’s happening.
So, for this one, it was all about Las Vegas. I mean, they really went for it. The logo’s got this sunset vibe behind the Las Vegas Strip skyline, and even that famous Las Vegas sign. It screams Vegas, no doubt.
The colors, purple and red, they’re not just random. I read somewhere they actually match the top two teams from the 2023 regular season. Smart, huh? And the Kansas City Chiefs just won again, beating the San Francisco 49ers in overtime, which is wild.
Then there’s the whole artist thing. I stumbled upon this cool fact that the NFL worked with a local artist for the first time to make this logo. Her name is Tahj Williams, and apparently, she’s a big deal in her community, known as the queen of her Black Masking Indian tribe in New Orleans. I looked her up, and wow, her work is something else.
My Process of Creating This Logo
- Gathering Info: First, I spent hours just reading about the logo, the artist, and what inspired the design.
- Sketching: Then, I started sketching, trying to capture the essence of the logo. I wanted that Vegas sunset and skyline.
- Choosing Colors: I played around with the purple and red, making sure they matched the vibe of the real logo.
- Finalizing: Finally, I put it all together, trying to make my own version while respecting the original design.
Oh, and I also came across this user, ATLBMTags, on a site called DeviantArt. They had this post about some national championship game logo, and I guess they’re into this kind of stuff too, tagged Super Bowl and Logo.
Anyway, it was a fun little project. I really got into the details of the Super Bowl 58 logo. It’s more than just a picture; it’s got a story, you know?
