Okay, so the other day I was digging around for a new scent, something sporty but, you know, still classy. I stumbled upon this Giorgio Armani Armani Code Sport, and figured, “Why not?”
First, I hit up a few online stores, just to get a feel for the price and see what sizes were available. I noticed a few different versions, some older, some newer, so I made a mental note to double-check which one I was actually getting.
The Hunt Begins
Then I did a search on Google and found lots of information, so I spent some time looking at it.
After I got the general idea, I went to my local department store. I like to actually smell the stuff before I buy it, you know? Gotta make sure it vibes with my natural, uh… aroma.
Testing It Out
- I sprayed a little on a tester strip.
- I gave it a good whiff. Kinda minty, kinda citrusy. Interesting.
- I waited a few minutes, let it settle, then smelled it again. The scent changed a bit, got a little warmer.
- I sprayed some on my wrist finally.
I walked around the store for a while, letting the fragrance do its thing on my skin. Every so often, I’d take a sneaky sniff of my wrist. I wanted to see how it lasted, how it changed throughout the day.
The Verdict
By the end of my shopping trip, I was pretty sold. The scent was fresh and energetic, like it claimed, but it also had this sophisticated, slightly mysterious edge to it. I decided to buy it, and I haven’t regretted it.
I have been wearing it for a few weeks. I mainly put it on after a workout or if I am going out for a casual daytime thing. It is definitely not a heavy, nighttime cologne. So far, so good!
