Today I want to share my experience doing some sports. As we all know, sports can make people feel good and be good for our health. I really think that it’s really cool to do some sports.
So I just started to get involved in these short sports activities. The first thing I did was find some friends who love sports. We found some sports that we could do together, like playing basketball, running, and playing badminton. We made a plan and set a time for these sports. We didn’t choose complicated sports because some of them are hard to learn.
Every time we got together to play sports, I could feel my body getting more and more energetic. And, of course, we encouraged each other. For example, we count the scores when playing basketball and do some simple competitions with each other. These things made playing sports fun. When someone was feeling down, others would give him some words to make him feel better. That’s also why I love doing sports with friends.
Doing sports also brings some other benefits:
- Feeling good. When I finished my sports, I always felt that my mood was really good.
- Making friends. I made a lot of friends during these activities.
- Sleeping well. I found that I slept better than before.
To sum up, doing sports is really good for us. No matter what sports we play, it always brings us some benefits. Of course, we have to make sure that we don’t hurt ourselves when we are playing sports.
