I noticed that Shaq’s stuff is now being sold in South Africa at some stores. That’s pretty cool, I guess. I also dug up that a booking fee for Shaquille O’Neal starts from $300,000, crazy, right?
Then I got sidetracked and found out that Shaq is actually the second-largest individual owner of Authentic Brands Group. I always thought he owned Forever 21, but I guess not directly. It’s all tangled up in this big company, though.
Anyway, back to the clothes. I didn’t end up buying anything because nothing really caught my eye. But it was interesting to see what kind of stuff they’re selling under Shaq’s name. It’s a mix of sporty stuff and some more high-end things, I guess trying to appeal to different people.
Overall, it was a fun little online adventure, even though I didn’t get anything out of it. Just goes to show you can find all sorts of things when you start exploring online!
