Okay, so, today I wanna talk about my little adventure with the Route 46 Entertainment District. It all started when I was planning a weekend getaway with my friends. We were looking for a place with a good mix of everything – you know, music, food, and just a generally fun vibe. That’s when Route 46 popped up on our radar.

First thing I did was a quick search online. Just typed in “Route 46 Entertainment District” and boom, tons of stuff came up. I saw some things about directions, traffic, and local businesses. There was this one bit about a company called “2b Entertainment,” which is apparently some kind of music and entertainment communications firm. Sounds fancy, but honestly, I was more interested in what kind of fun stuff we could do there.
I found some info about a site called ViaMichelin, but that seemed more about driving around Europe. Not quite what I was looking for, since we were planning on sticking around our area. Then there was something about these two guys, Luke Burland and Bobbie Gale, starting a new firm. Cool for them, but again, not super relevant to my weekend plans.
I did see something about flying to Abu Dhabi and visiting over 70 destinations. That sounded awesome, but we were trying to keep this trip local. No international flights this time! There were also some random ads for sports jerseys. I mean, who doesn’t love a good sports jersey, but it wasn’t exactly what I was after.
Then I stumbled upon some info about a metro project in Bangalore, which is like, on the other side of the world. Interesting, but definitely not related to our Route 46 plan. There was also something about a 2b2t world atlas, whatever that is. It had maps and coordinates, but it didn’t seem like anything we needed.
Finally, I found something about a 4-bedroom house for sale on Nepean Highway in Seaford. It was a pretty nice place from the photos, but we weren’t looking to buy a house, just to have a good time for the weekend.
Getting Down to the Nitty-Gritty
So, after sifting through all that, I decided to focus on the actual entertainment district. I looked up some reviews and found a few places that sounded promising:

- A live music venue: Apparently, they have bands playing almost every night. I love live music, so this was definitely a plus.
- A couple of restaurants: One was a burger joint that got great reviews, and the other was a fancy Italian place. We figured we could grab a quick bite at the burger place and maybe do a nicer dinner at the Italian spot.
- A bar with a rooftop terrace: This sounded like the perfect place to hang out, have a few drinks, and enjoy the view.
I also checked out the directions and figured out the best way to get there. It looked like it was about an hour’s drive from where we live, which was perfect. We decided to head out on a Saturday afternoon, hit up the live music venue, grab some dinner, and then finish the night at the rooftop bar. Sounded like a solid plan, right?
Once we got there, the place was buzzing. The music venue was packed, and the band was actually pretty good. We had a blast dancing and singing along. After that, we went to the burger joint, and let me tell you, those burgers were amazing. We ended the night at the rooftop bar, and the view was incredible. We just chilled there, talked, and enjoyed the atmosphere.
All in all, it was a fantastic weekend. Route 46 Entertainment District totally lived up to the hype. If you’re looking for a fun place to hang out with friends, I definitely recommend checking it out. Just make sure you do a bit of research beforehand to figure out what you want to do. And maybe skip the house hunting and international travel plans unless you’re into that sort of thing.
