Okay, so I wanted to get some tickets for this event, you know, “Surge Entertainment.” I’d heard it was pretty cool, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Here’s how it all went down.

First Steps: Finding the Tickets
First thing I did was pull out my phone and Googled “Surge Entertainment tickets”. I just wanted to see what would pop up, you know, get a feel for the price and where to buy them.
The main site came up first, that was expected. I gave it a tap and waited a little bit for loading.
Browsing the Website
Once I got on the site, it was kind of a maze. I mean, lots of colors and things popping out.
So I find their main page, finally located the event listing. Clicked on that. Saw some different options, like, general admission, VIP… the usual stuff.
I’m not a VIP, so I just scrolled through the general admission options. They had different dates and times, so I had to pick one that worked for me and my friends.

The Checkout Process
After I select the date, time, I try to click the button, and Add To Cart, and wait.
I’ve got my tickets in the cart, and I’m ready to pay. I clicked on the little cart icon, and it took me to the checkout page.
They asked for the usual info, you know – name, email, credit card number. The whole shebang. Filled all that out, double-checked everything, and I was like, ‘Okay, let’s do this!’
Confirmation and Getting the Tickets
I hit the “Submit” button and…boom! There it was, the confirmation page. It said my order was processed and I’d get an email with the tickets. Super easy, super simple.
Checked my email, and there they were! Digital tickets, ready to be scanned at the entrance. No need to print anything, which is great, ’cause I hate having to remember to carry a physical ticket. I just save them to my phone, and I’m good to go.
Overall, it was a pretty smooth process. A little confusing at first with all the options on the website, but once I figured out where to go, it was straightforward. Now I’m just looking forward to the event itself!
