Getting Started
First off, I grabbed a bottle from the local store. It wasn’t hard to find, thankfully. The packaging is pretty standard, nothing fancy. I started taking the recommended two caplets a day with food, usually one with breakfast and one with dinner.
The Routine
- Morning: Wake up, eat breakfast (usually oatmeal or eggs), take one Mega Men Sport caplet.
- Evening: finish working out and eat dinner, and take the second caplet.
I tried to be consistent with this, but there were definitely a few days I forgot. Life happens, right?
How I Felt
Honestly, the first few days, I didn’t notice anything different. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but part of me hoped I’d suddenly feel like a superhero. That didn’t happen. But, after about a week or so, I did start to feel like I had a little more oomph during my workouts. I was pushing myself a bit harder, and my recovery seemed a tad quicker. Placebo effect? Maybe. Still Going
