Okay, so I wanted to get into women’s basketball. I’d always heard about the Baldwin-Wallace Yellow Jackets, but I’d never really dug in. Time to change that!
Gotta Start Somewhere
First thing I did was just look up their schedule for the season. See what games were coming up, you know? Gotta know when they’re playing to actually, like, watch them play.
- Checked out their website. Found the schedule pretty easily.
- Noticed they had a bunch of home games. Sweet!
- Saw they were playing some team called the “Polar Bears”. Alright, that’s a cool name.
Digging Deeper
Next, I wanted to know more about the team itself. Who are these players? Who’s the coach?
- Went to the roster page. Lots of names I didn’t recognize, obviously.
- Clicked on a few player profiles. Read about where they’re from, what year they are, the usual stuff.
- Found the coaches’ info too. Seems like they have a pretty experienced staff.
Time for Some Action
Alright, I had the basics down. Now I wanted to actually see some games. But I couldn’t go in person, so what to do?
- Back to the schedule page. Looked for any info on live streams or broadcasts.
- Found a link to watch one of their games online. Boom!
- Watched the game. They were playing pretty well, I thought.
Following Along
Watching one game was cool, but I wanted to keep up with them throughout the season. How could I do that?
- Looked for their social media. Found their pages, gave ’em a follow.
- Signed up for email updates. Figured that would be a good way to stay in the loop.
- Checked out some news articles about them. Gotta get the inside scoop, right?
Becoming a Fan
So yeah, that’s pretty much how I got into Baldwin-Wallace women’s basketball. It wasn’t that hard, just had to poke around a bit online. Now I’m checking their scores, watching games when I can, and feeling like a real fan. Go Yellow Jackets!
