Man, let me tell you about this little project I tackled the other day. It wasn’t anything huge, but it was something I’d been meaning to get around to. So, I finally got my hands on a roda aro 15 for my Montana Sport. Yeah, the old girl needed a bit of a shoe upgrade.
First off, I spent some time just hunting for the right one. It’s a Chevrolet Montana Sport, so I wanted to stick with something original, you know? After a few days browsing I found it, an original GM, aro 15, 4×100 furos, offset 49, and tala 5. Perfect!
Once I got the wheel, I grabbed my tools and got to work.
- First things first, gotta make sure it’s safe, right? Made sure the car was secure.
- Next up, I started unbolting the old wheel. I struggled a bit at first, and then I got it.
- Then I put the new one on. Getting it lined up took a minute.
- Lastly, I secured the new wheel.
It took me a good chunk of the day, but man, seeing that new wheel on there was worth it. It’s the little things, you know? Gives the whole car a slightly different vibe.
Anyway, that’s my little story about swapping out a wheel. Nothing too crazy, but hey, it’s satisfying to do these things yourself, right?
I took a moment to look at my work, and then I cleaned everything, and that was it. Job done.
I am thinking about changing the tires now, I saw something about radial tyres, maybe that’s my next move.
Oh, I almost forgot, I got to make sure I share some photos of my Montana Sport with its new wheel. It looks awesome!
