Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Absolute Sport La Rive” fragrance popping up all over my social media, and I finally caved and decided to give it a shot. I mean, the price was pretty good, so I figured, why not?

First, I ordered it online. It arrived pretty quickly, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was nothing fancy, pretty basic, to be honest. But hey, it’s what’s inside that counts, right?
My First Sniff
When I first sprayed it, I got this immediate blast of citrus. It was super fresh and, I have to admit, pretty energizing. I could definitely smell the orange and maybe a little bit of grapefruit in there. It definitely woke me up!
- Initial Scent: Strong citrus, very fresh.
- Feeling: Energized, awake.
Wearing it Throughout the Day
I wore it to the gym, and I have to say, it held up pretty well during my workout. It wasn’t overpowering, which is good because I hate those fragrances that just choke everyone around you. It was more of a subtle, clean scent that kind of lingered.
Later in the day, I could still smell it, but it had definitely mellowed out. The citrus notes were still there, but I started to notice some more of the woody and maybe a little bit of a spicy undertone. It was a nice transition, actually. Not too abrupt.
Final Thoughts
Honestly, for the price, I’m pretty impressed. It’s not going to replace my super expensive cologne, but it’s a great everyday scent, especially for the gym or just running errands. I’ll probably keep it in my gym bag for those days when I need a quick refresh. It’s definitely a sporty, clean, and fresh fragrance that does what it’s supposed to * you spay it and smell something weird, you just wait five minutes,it becomes pretty good.
I’ve tried it!
