Okay, so, I was looking into this whole Cherokee Bluff High School football stadium thing. You know, just wanted to see what the fuss was all about with their games and everything.
First off, I started digging around to find out when they were playing. Turns out, they had this game coming up against Jefferson. It was like their second time playing each other this season, at some place called Memorial Stadium. The first game? Apparently, Jefferson won that one pretty handily, 35-7. So, I was thinking, this could be a revenge match or something.
Then, I checked out their whole season schedule. I found it online, a full list with opponents, dates, the whole nine yards. I mean, this team, the Bears, they’ve got games lined up all over. It’s pretty busy, if you ask me.
And get this, I stumbled upon this picture of one of their players, Landon Kemp. Dude made an interception in a game against North Hall. There were a couple of other guys in the picture, Colin Muyres and Malcolm Millsap, watching it all go down. Looked like a pretty intense moment, especially since they won that game 38-13, at a place called Yonah Field.
- Looked up game schedule.
- Found upcoming game against Jefferson.
- Saw picture of an interception play.
After that, I noticed this tag that said they were in Flowery Branch. The tag was “Flowery Branch, Schedule.” That’s where the team is, or at least, that’s where they have games. It’s all coming together, right?
So yeah, that’s basically what I figured out about the Cherokee Bluff High School football stadium. Looks like they have a decent team, some good players, and a schedule full of games. It is not just a stadium, it is a full-blown football operation.
I mean, that is it for my whole deep dive into this high school football stuff. It is probably more than you ever wanted to know, but there you have it.
