Okay, so today I decided to get back into shape, and I thought, “Why not try that ‘Lions Sport’ thing I saw online?” I’m not getting any younger, and the belly’s definitely been growing. Time to do something about it!

First, I searched for “Lions Sport” to figure out what exactly I was getting myself into. Seems like it’s a mix of bodyweight exercises and some cardio. Looked doable, even for a couch potato like myself.
Getting Started
-
Cleared a space in the living room. Almost tripped over the kids’ toys – crisis averted!
-
Put on some workout clothes. Found an old t-shirt and some shorts that still kinda fit.
-
Warmed up with some jumping jacks and stretches. My knees cracked a bit, but hey, I’m still moving!
The Workout
I followed along with a video I found. It started with some basic stuff:
-
Push-ups: Managed to do a few before collapsing. Definitely need to work on those.
-
Squats: My legs were burning, but I pushed through. Felt like a real athlete for a second there!
-
Plank: Held it for as long as I could. My arms were shaking like crazy!
-
Running on spot : for about 20 secconds, feel so good!
The Cool-Down
Finished up with some more stretches. Felt pretty good, actually. A bit sore, but in a good way. Like I actually accomplished something.
I try to jump a little, but almost fell to the ground and decided to quit and finish the trainning.
Final Thoughts
Overall, not bad for a first try! I’m definitely going to keep at it. Maybe I’ll even be able to do a full push-up someday. Who knows? This “Lions Sport” thing might actually turn me into a lion…or at least a slightly less lazy house cat.
