Okay, so today I tried out this “bones sport” thing. Honestly, I didn’t even know what to expect, I just saw it online and thought, “Why not?”

Getting Started
First, I had to figure out what it actually was. Turns out, it’s kind of like, a mix of different exercises? Some people do more parkour-style stuff, others are into bone-breaking conditioning , it’s a wide spectrum. I’m not really into the super intense stuff, so I decided to focus on the fundamental bodyweight exercises for my try.
My “Workout”
- Warm-up: Started with some basic stretches. You know, arm circles, leg swings, the usual. Gotta get the blood flowing, didn’t want to pull anything.
- Push-ups: Did a few sets of these. Tried to focus on good form, not speed. Felt the burn, for sure.
- Squats: Same deal, a few sets. My legs were already starting to feel it.
- Plank: Oh man, planks are tough. Held it for as long as I could, which… wasn’t very long.
- Cool-down: More stretching. Really tried to loosen up those muscles.
My Thoughts
It was… interesting. Definitely a good workout, even though I just did the basics. I can see how people get really into it, pushing their limits and all that. I’m not sure if it’s my thing, but it was fun to try something new. My body is definitely feeling it today – in a good way, I think. Maybe I’ll try it again sometime, but for now, I’m gonna go take a long, hot shower.
I’m definitely no expert after one try, so don’t take this as any kind of guide. Just my experience messing around with it.
