Okay, so today I decided to get a bit active and organize a volleyball game with some friends. We aimed for a 6-person game, which is pretty standard, right? So, the first thing I did was hit up my contacts.

I texted a bunch of friends, seeing who was free and up for some volleyball. Getting six people together on short notice? Always a bit of a challenge! But, surprisingly, it didn’t take too long to round up enough people who were interested.
Setting Up
Once I had the players confirmed, the next step was finding a place to play. Luckily, there’s a park nearby with a decent net, I checked to confirm.
- First, I made sure the net was in good condition. Nobody wants to play with a sagging net!
- Then, I made sure the boundary.
After that, it was game on!
The Game
We divided into two teams of three. It was super casual, so we weren’t too strict about positions or anything. One person from the team started as the first server, and the rule that the server’s team had to call out the score before serving.
We played several rounds. Man, there were some epic rallies! Spikes, dives, blocks, the whole deal. It did get a bit heated at times, but it was all in good fun. Everyone tried to played fair and, we agreed to follow some basic volleyball rules.
Wrapping Up
After a couple of hours, we were all pretty wiped out. We decided to call it a day, We didn’t keep track of the score. Honestly, the best part was just hanging out and getting some exercise.

So yeah, that’s how I organized and played a 6-person volleyball game today. Nothing fancy, just good times with friends. I would definitely do it again!
