Okay, so I’ve been trying to get back in shape, and I stumbled upon this “fi sport” thing. I wasn’t really sure what it was at first, but it sounded intriguing, so I decided to give it a shot. I’m documenting my experiences right here.

Day 1: What even is this?
I started by, well, searching what “fi sport” actually is. It seemed like some kind of fitness program. There was a lot of talk about different exercise routines and some stuff, and I figured I’d dive in and see what worked for me.
Day 2: Getting Started – Slowly
Today, I decided to keep it simple.
- Started to learn basic skill of my body.
I figured I’d build up from there. My body definitely felt it the next day!
Day 7: A Week In
Okay, so I’ve stuck with it for a week. Here’s how I feel.
- More energy: I’m not dragging myself out of bed as much.
- Sore, but in a good way: I can feel muscles I didn’t know I had.
Day 14: Feeling the Burn
Two weeks in, and I’m starting to push myself a little harder. I’ve been trying different routines, and I am keeping learn about my body.
Day 21: Is This Working?
Three weeks! I’m starting to wonder if I’m actually making progress. I took some “before” photos when I started, so I decided to take some new ones to compare.

Day 30: Results! (Kind Of)
Okay, a full month. I looked at the photos side-by-side, and… I think I see a difference! It’s not a huge transformation, but my posture seems better, and maybe, just maybe, my body is more flexible. I’m definitely feeling stronger and more energetic. I think that this is a great way. I will be keeping this. Wish me luck!
