Okay, so today I tried to mess around with this “bunny volleyball game” thing. It sounded kinda cute and simple, so I figured, why not?

Finding the Game
First, I just googled it. I mean, that’s how you start everything, right? Typed in “bunny volleyball game” and boom, there were some options. It was not hard to find some playable versions online, so that part was super easy.
Playing Around
Next, I just started playing. I wanted to get a feel for how the game works. The controls were pretty basic, mostly just using the arrow keys to move the bunny and maybe a button to jump or hit the ball. It’s pretty straightforward – you’re a bunny, and you’re playing volleyball. No surprises there.
Figuring out the Mechanics
While playing, I started thinking about how I could maybe, possibly, try to build something like this myself, I paid attention to:
- Bunny Movement: How the bunny moves left and right, jumps, maybe even dives.
- Ball Physics: How the ball bounces, how it arcs through the air, how it interacts with the bunny and the net.
- Scoring: How the game keeps track of points, what happens when the ball hits the ground.
- Opponent AI: If there’s another bunny controlled by the computer, how does it decide to move and hit the ball?
Thinking About Building It
After I got the basic idea, I started to think of some tools. I think some game engines should be a good choice, but I don’t have a clear mind right now.
I think the ball physics could be the hardest, my plan is to look up more material for that.

Wrapping Up (For Now)
So, that’s where I’m at. I played the game, got a rough idea of how it works, and started brainstorming how to maybe, possibly, start building a super basic version of it myself. It’s a long way from a finished game, but hey, it’s a start! It’s just for fun and practice anyways.
