Okay, so I’ve been getting into this “hyper sport” thing lately. It all started when I was bored scrolling, I wanted to do something,you know?

My First Steps
First, I just did some simple searches online to see what I wanted to do. And man, there’s a ton of stuff out there! It was a little overwhelming at first.
I started by trying the easiest part, picked up some basic running shoes. Didn’t want to spend a fortune before I even knew if I’d stick with it, right?
Getting into the Groove
- Day 1: I just walked, I just walked around the block. Felt kinda silly, but hey, gotta start somewhere.
- Day 3: Okay, I tried to jog a little bit. My lungs were burning! I definitely overdid it.
- Day 5: Back to walking,I Walked a bit further this time, though. Progress!
- Day 7: I tried to do some simple running, I ran for like 1 minutes, and then walked to get my breath back.I felt not bad.
The Next Level
I began to think I needed some real gears. I went to get myself a decent pair of running shoes. It’s make a big difference! Suddenly, my feet didn’t hurt so much after a long time.
Then I found some online training, followed them step by step. Some days were tough, I wanted to give up, but I pushed to run.
Feeling the Results
Honestly, after a couple of weeks, I started to feel… good. I wasn’t so tired all the time. I start to run some race, and I finished it!
It’s not easy, and I’m still learning, but it’s pretty cool to see how far I’ve come. Just by taking that first step, you know? That’s my “hyper sport” journey so far. Wish me luck!
