Okay, so today I decided to dive into the Juventude vs. Sport Recife match and see if I could figure out a decent prediction. It all started this morning when I was scrolling through the soccer schedule.

Mostly, it was just a lot of noise, but I did see a few people mentioning that Sport Recife had a key player who might be injured. I wasn’t to sure about the source though.
Finally, I kind of weighed everything in my head. I put the recent performance, the head-to-head, the home-field advantage, and the slight possibility of that injured player all together. And I just, kind of…went with my gut.
It’s not super scientific, but it felt informed. At the end of the day it’s gambling, so all I did was take into account the data I saw today, and formed my own conclusion. I’ll place my bet and we will see what happens.
