Okay, so, I tried to get into this whole “tkn volleyball” thing today. You know, just trying something new, getting out of my comfort zone. Well, let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey.
First off, I tried to figure out what “tkn” even stood for. Turns out, it’s the initials of some pro beach volleyball players, Taryn and Kristen. I felt a little behind the curve, not gonna lie. But hey, now I know, right? I found their team page, and they seem pretty legit. They post news and stuff about their journey, which is cool.
Then, I went on a hunt for some volleyball games near me. I was hoping to find a local community, maybe some new folks to play with. No luck there. I mean, I found some general info about recreational volleyball and sports clubs, but nothing specific about “tkn volleyball.”
But I did stumble upon this thing called “Santa in the Sand.” I guess it’s a tournament or something. You need to find three other players to form a team. Sounds fun, but I don’t even know one person who plays volleyball, let alone three! And what’s this about a “corn hole star”? I don’t know what is it. I’m so confused.
I tried to find a registration for something, anything, on this “tknvball” site, but I couldn’t find it. Maybe it’s just me, or maybe their website is a little wonky. Either way, I was pretty much at a dead end.
So, yeah, my attempt to dive into the world of “tkn volleyball” didn’t exactly go as planned. I didn’t find any games, didn’t join any teams, and didn’t even figure out how to register for whatever it is they do. But, you know what? I tried. And I learned a little something about beach volleyball players and weird tournament names.
Maybe I’ll give it another shot someday. Or maybe I’ll just stick to what I know. We’ll see. But hey, at least I have a story to tell, right? It is not a good story, but it is still a story.

That’s about it. Not the most successful adventure, but hey, that’s life, right?
