So, I’ve been wanting to catch a Villanova basketball game for a while now. I finally decided to just go for it and get some tickets. First thing, I checked out the official Villanova Athletics website. I found that they have a mobile app. That’s pretty convenient! Or, you could use the website.
I ended up using the website. I browsed through the upcoming games and saw that the Villanova Wildcats were playing against the Providence Friars at the Wells Fargo Center. I’d heard good things about that place, so I was excited. They had a lot of tickets available. Oh, and I did see there was another game. It was the Marquette Golden Eagles Women’s Basketball team versus the Villanova Wildcats at the Al McGuire Center, but that wasn’t what I was looking for this time.
I found out that you can get tickets through the official website, and they also mentioned Ticketmaster. I heard about it before and I know someone used it. They said it is pretty good.
I went ahead and snagged a couple of tickets for the Wildcats vs. Friars game. It was easier than I thought it would be. I got a confirmation email right away, and it said I could manage my tickets through the Villanova Athletics app or online. They also mentioned something called W.I.L.*, but I’m not really sure what that is. I’ll have to look it up later.
