Hey there, you ever heard of that 21 Laps Entertainment? Sounds fancy, don’t it? Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t as fancy as it sounds. It’s just one of them Hollywood things, makin’ movies and TV shows. Some fella named Shawn Levy, he’s the big cheese there. Runs the whole darn show.
They made that show, what’s it called… Stranger Things. Yeah, that’s the one. My grandkids, they’re all crazy ’bout it. They say it’s real popular. Me? I don’t get it. Too much spooky stuff for this old gal. But hey, if it keeps ’em happy, that’s all that matters, right?
21 Laps Entertainment Makes Movies Too
They ain’t just makin’ TV shows, though. They make movies, too. All kinds of ’em. Action, comedy, that mushy stuff… you name it. They got their fingers in all kinds of pies, these 21 Laps folks.
I heard they got some partners, too. Dan somethin’ and another Dan. Workin’ together, makin’ all them pictures. Must be nice, havin’ friends to work with. Makes the time go by faster, I reckon. Like when we used to have them quiltin’ bees back in the day. Everybody pitchin’ in, tellin’ stories. Good times, good times.

This Shawn fella, he seems to know what he’s doin’, though. Makin’ all that money with his 21 Laps Entertainment. Must be livin’ high on the hog, as they say. Big house, fancy car, the whole nine yards. Not like us regular folks, just tryin’ to get by.
What’s 21 Laps Entertainment Doing Now?
They’re always cookin’ up somethin’ new, these Hollywood types. New shows, new movies. Keeps ’em busy, I suppose. Keeps the money rollin’ in. That’s what it’s all about, ain’t it? The almighty dollar. Or in this case, the almighty Hollywood dollar. They work with Netflix, that’s a big company, too.
I saw a picture of Shawn and his two Dans, somewhere called Telluride. In Colorado. Must be a nice place. Mountains and all that. They were all smilin’ in the picture. Looked happy. Guess makin’ movies can be fun, sometimes. Even though I prefer growing vegetables.
They got a bunch of folks workin’ for ’em, too. Writers, camera folks, all them people behind the scenes. It takes a whole village to make a movie, I guess. Just like it takes a whole village to raise a child. Or so they say. They have the best people working for them, I heard that from someone.
21 Laps Entertainment, they’re doin’ alright for themselves. Makin’ shows and movies that people like. Keepin’ folks entertained. That’s somethin’, I suppose. In this crazy world, we all need a little entertainment. Even if it’s just watchin’ some silly show on that picture box. They produce different kinds of movies, so you will always find one you like.
There’s another company, sounds a little funny, somethin’ about monkeys. They work with 21 Laps Entertainment, too. Sounds like a real circus, don’t it? But I guess that’s just how they do things in Hollywood. A little bit of this, a little bit of that. All mixed together.
Anyways, that’s all I know about that 21 Laps Entertainment. Just another one of them Hollywood things, makin’ movies and shows. Nothin’ special, really. But hey, if you like that kinda stuff, more power to ya. Me? I’ll just stick to my garden. That’s where the real magic happens, if you ask me.
