Alright, so today I decided to check out this “cs herediano – feminino sporting fc – feminino” match, the one happening on 08/12/2023. I had some free time, figured, why not? I didn’t really know anything about the teams, wasn’t betting or anything, just curious.
First thing I did was, you know, try to find a way to watch it. I don’t have cable, so that was out. Googled around a bit, looking for streams. Found some… questionable sites, let me tell you. Lots of pop-ups, weird redirects. Finally, I stumbled upon something that looked halfway decent.
Got the stream going, finally. Picture quality was, uh, rustic. Kind of like watching a VHS tape from the 90s. But hey, it was working! I started watching, trying to figure out who was who. The names were all new to me, so I spent a good chunk of the first half just trying to keep track of the players.
- Tried to find live stats. Found a few sites with scores, but nothing super detailed.
- Kept getting distracted by chat messages on the stream. Mostly people spamming random stuff.
- Had to restart the stream a couple of times because it kept buffering. My internet’s not great.
By halftime, I had a slightly better idea of what was going on. One team seemed a bit more aggressive, I think. It wasn’t exactly a high-scoring game, lots of back and forth. I’m no expert, but it seemed like a pretty even match, skill-wise.

To be fully honest, I almost gave up a few times. The stream was annoying, and I wasn’t super *, stuck with it to the end, and one team finnaly won.
So, that’s my story. I watched a soccer match, kinda. Found a stream, fought with technology, and saw a game. Would I do it again? Maybe, if I find a better stream next time.
